These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application Tessera ("the App"), provided by Hilal Balcı ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Tessera is a free, ad-supported collection of word and number puzzle games.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a device you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the App Store's terms.

The App, including its design, code, graphics, the "Tessera" name and logo, and all related content (excluding third-party content), is owned by us and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or branding.
The App stores your nickname, avatar, scores, streaks, and settings locally on your device. We do not host this data on our servers. You are responsible for your device and any backups. Deleting the App, or using "Reset data," will permanently erase this information, and it cannot be recovered by us.
The App displays advertising through Google AdMob. Your interaction with ads and the data collected for advertising are governed by Google's terms and policies and by our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or any websites or products they link to.
